R&D Program 2025

 

BIOPROGEM is pleased to announce the R&D 2025 Program. This program is designed to provide companies with the opportunity to receive research and development services. This project seeks to benefit companies and/or producers through the research and development of projects, products, or technologies that generate a positive impact on their daily operations. We invite you to participate if your business main activities are:

 

• Livestock.
• Agronomy.
• Food and beverages.
• Packaging.

 

Objective: Promote science, technology, and R&D in sectors such as agriculture, livestock, food, beverages, and packaging, regardless of the size of their business.

 

Participants: 

Eligibility: People and companies interested in participating in the R&D area.

Registration Requirements:Complete the online registration form.

 

Prizes:

 

Initial Package / Feasibility Report: For companies seeking to develop new products, technologies, processes, services, or have areas of opportunity in the use of their waste and by-products, and they are seeking to learn about new applications and their potential impact through the use and utilization of these resources.

 

R&D Package (4-week work period): For companies seeking to develop new products, technologies, processes, services, or have areas of opportunity in the use of their waste and by-products, and have a project or application in mind but need the support of an expert to consolidate it.

 

Important Dates:

• Program opening: May 14, 2025
• Registration deadline: July 15, 2025
• Proposal evaluation: July 16-31, 2025
• Announcement of winners: August 1, 2025
• Project initiation: August 15, 2025

 

Selection Process: 

Proposals will be evaluated by the BIOPROGEM team taking into account the information present in the application form.

Important information:

 

• The selected winners agree to provide the information necessary for the development of the product, service, or study.
• The selected winners will allow the BIOPROGEM team to capture and/or request images or videos of their business/company, as well as the development of the product or service, for advertising purposes.
• The selected winners agree to provide a maximum of 1.5 hours per day for communication with the BIOPROGEM team to gather information for the development of the project.
• Any materials, raw ingredients, tests, or specific studies for the development of the project will be paid for/covered by the selected winners.
• The shipments of materials and raw ingredients related to and required for the development of the project will be paid for/covered by the selected winner.
• Winners selected for the R&D Package (4-week work period) will benefit from free research and development services, solely for the project defined by the participant's teams and BIOPROGEM, which will be developed over a 4-week period (20 days total, with a maximum of 5 hours of work per week).
• The work period will begin once the initial interview date has been set. Once this period is over, the BIOPROGEM team will submit the progress made to date, thus concluding the free collaboration between BIOPROGEM and the selected companies.
• Depending on the complexity of the project and the resources of the winners, the results to be delivered after the month of work may vary. The results and deliverables will be defined during the submission of the project plan.
